GasCheck G - Gas Leak Detector

Applications

Designed specifically for the detection of gas leaks, the GasCheck range of gas leak detectors respond rapidly to any gas, or gas mixture. The advanced micro-thermal conductivity sensor of the GasCheck G accurately detects the smallest of gasleaks down to cc/sec, mg/m³ or ppm levels.  The GasCheck IS gas leak detector is the only ATEX approved, Intrinsically Safe leak detector on the market. Its Intrinsic Safety proves an ideal tool for use in areas classified as zone zero flammable, and can safely detect flammable gases. GasCheck gas leak detectors are conveniently calibrated against helium and are particularly sensitive to ammonia, argon, butane, hydrogen, SF6 and refrigerants.

Gascheck IS - ATEX Approved Gas Leak Detector

GasCheck is the only ATEX approved, Intrinsically Safe gas leak detector to rapidly and accurately detect flammable gases. Its micro-thermal conductivity sensor gives fast, effective detection of almost any gas or gas mixture down to highly sensitive levels. GasCheck is conveniently calibrated against helium - the most commonly used tracer gas - and is particularly sensitive to ammonia, argon, butane, hydrogen, SF6 and refrigerants. Its Intrinsic Safety provides an ideal tool for use in areas classified as zone zero flammable, and is certified to safely
detect flammable gases.

 

GasCheck is available in two distinct versions, the 3000is and 5000is with caried capabilities. 

GasCheck 3000is

An easy-to-use leak detector for the rapid detection of gas leaks. The 3000is provides an ideal tool for use in areas classified as zone zero flammable.

GasCheck 5000is

Advanced software features of the 5000is include data logging with a date and time stamp, a choice of readout units (ppm or ml/sec) and an adjustable alarm level. The 5000is can also download its data logged results to a PC for
analysis via an infrared link. The accompanying software allows for the creation of graphs from the downloaded data, and printed reports.

 

GasCheck Tesla - Gas Leak Detector

Handheld helium leak detector for MRI scanner maintenance

GasCheck Tesla is a highly sensitive helium leak detector designed for effective use within high magnetic fields found around the outside of Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) scanners. The instrument’s advanced micro thermal conductivity sensor provides rapid, accurate measurement of helium leaks down to ultra-low levels. GasCheck Tesla can be used on an MRI scanner whilst in operation, meaning interruptions to the machinery are avoided. Helium leaks are found quickly reducing cost, wastage, and downtime of the machinery. GasCheck Tesla provides stable, repeatable readings. The instrument’s LCD display, LED indicator and audible sounder clearly indicate the helium leaks present. The GasCheck Tesla helium leak detector automatically zeros to the ambient air around it when switched on, and is ready to detect immediately. The instrument’s easy to use graphical interface and intuitive keypad allows simple function, selection, and adjustment. The probe is designed to get into the smallest of places and is typically moved along a joint or weld seam a few centimetres per second, enabling fast detection of all possible leak paths. This portable instrument provides simple one-handed operation.
